Service Loaner Information
At Williams Honda we offer free loaner vehicles by appointment while your vehicle is being serviced. In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to get you back on the road as soon as possible. We try not to issue loaners for service appointments that are under 2 hours. Any loaner car provided to you is to be driven only by you and we ask that you keep it clean and replace any gas used for the benefit and convenience of the next customer who needs to use it. We also ask that you take responsibility for any parking tickets or damage to the vehicle that are incurred during your possession. Thank you for your continued support of Williams Honda.

Early Bird Service
For the convenience of our early morning and late evening customers we have an early bird drop off service. The drop off is located to the left of the service entrance on the Madison Avenue side of the building. Please follow the instructions on the printed envelopes.

We encourage appointments and operate on an appointment system. If you have an emergency, please call us at (888) 698-0287.

If you have a problem where your vehicle needs to be towed in to us, we have a number of towing agencies we can refer you to. If your vehicle is within warranty coverage of time and/or mileage and it is a covered item and causes the vehicle to be towed in, it will be covered as part of the warranty repair. If not, we will add this to your service bill with a mark-up added to it. If you do not wish to do this,  you can take care of the towing charges directly with the towing agency.

We also recommend the purchase of the Honda Care Extended Service contract that we offer at the time of your vehicle purchase* or even after you have had your vehicle for a while. These include a generous towing allowance and roadside assistance, but the best part of these contracts is there is coverage for certain non-maintenance repairs. Please ask us for details.
